1. Eligibility for Exchange or Store Credit:
o If the defect is verified to be genuine, we offer either an exchange for the same product or store credit to your Haus & More account.
o Please note that discounted products are not eligible for exchange or return
under any circumstances.
2. Required Documentation:
o To process any claims, we require an unboxing video clearly showing the product defect.
o The video must capture the unopened package and the process of unboxing, ensuring transparency in the evaluation.
3. Evaluation Criteria:
o Claims will be evaluated based on the unboxing video and additional details
provided by the customer.
o Please ensure the issue is reported within 48 hours of receiving the product.
